To update the branding for a non-profit.
I chose Greenpeace because I believe in social change and being aware of what is going on in our world around us. I built the mark, identity system, and logo animation off of the concept that "Greenpeace exists because our fragile earth needs a voice". I ultimately came to the conclusion of trying to combine the different elements of our earth that Greenpeace represents into a fragile circle.
I began by sketching many different logo mark variations on tracing paper, including detailed type illustrations. These initial sketches are all based on the concept "Greenpeace exists because our fragile earth needs a voice".
The logo animated reflects all of the different fragile parts of our world coming together as one, unified with the help of Greenpeace.
